Hi backers,
We apologize for the late update. We have shipped out our first batch last week!
Some of you might have already received their cushions and already using it. Our backers who have not received their cushions will receive it within a week or so.
For the people who have filled in their surveys a little later than others, we will be shipping our next batch in April due to mass orders in the factory. We are trying our best though to get it to you asap.
We will update you if we have anymore news :)

Its been a while and we have good news for you.
We have finally set up Backerkit to manage our shipping and we will be sending out surveys to confirm your shipping addresses and phone numbers today! Once we collect a majority of the surveys we will start shipping. We are looking at about 3 weeks until we send out the first batch.

Hooray! We are getting our first official shipments into our warehouse. The manufacturer told us Tuesday. We will be ready to ship as early as the week 18th if we are lucky.

Zero Gravity Upright Posture Cushions is a good idea to help you sit better. Yet, you may want to focus on making one change at a time. Before it arrives , please ensure that your chair is at the proper height, and then sit and assess your normal seated posture. Check if any screws are loose.
If you tend to slump, concentrate on maintaining that slight curve in your lower back. Set a time to remind yourself to change positions every so often, take a break and do some seated stretches or go for a walk. Remember stand up at least once in an hour!

We are so excited to be continuing our campaign on the Indiegogo platform. We have been live on Indiegogo for 10 days now and have had a great response so far. Thank you for believing in our team and our product and for backing our project.
In case you are new to Indiegogo InDemand, let me give you a quick run down of what to expect in the coming months between now and when we deliver the product soon. First you will be receiving a survey within the next 2 weeks. These surveys means for us to gather more information from you like your shipping address, and to give you the opportunity to switch your order if you wish to do so. Here are two tips when filling out the survey to ensure your order gets processed smoothly:
- Most PO Boxes will not accept packages the size of our backpack, so please use a non-PO box address if possible.
- Addresses written in a foreign language are usually difficult for our shipping partner to process. If you have the ability to write your address in English please do so.
We cannot ship your order until you fill out the survey, so please get the survey filled out quickly to ensure that your order is shipped out efficiently.
Also in the survey, we will be offering all the gears at discounted prices, so be sure to check out those deals. These surveys will be processed through a company called Backerkit. So please watch out for an email from them, and if you don’t see it within the next week, please be sure to check your spam folder to see if it got sorted into that folder. If you happen to move or need to change your address between now and when the product ships, you will be able to log back into Backerkit and change your address anytime between now and delivery.
